After you approve the proof, we print the film, laminate it, cut and heat seal the bags, then add zips and finishes.

Custom Packaging for Coffee and Tea
Coffee and tea lose their appeal when light, air and moisture get in. A barrier pouch with a resealable zipper helps protect the product after the first opening, while the full printable surface gives your blend, roast and origin room to be seen.
Choosing a Bag Style
Stand up pouches stay upright on a shelf and keep your design facing forward. Flat bottom pouches give the bag a stable, box-like base. For freshly roasted whole beans, a one-way degassing valve lets gas out while keeping oxygen out.
Choosing a Size
The right size depends on your fill weight and on how your product packs. Whole beans take up more room than ground coffee, and loose leaf tea can vary widely by blend. Tell us your product and target weight and we will recommend a size with your quote.

Do I need a valve on my coffee bags?
Freshly roasted beans release gas, so many roasters add one. Tell us your roast and packing timing and we will advise.
Which film suits coffee and tea?

How many pieces do I need to order?
The minimum is 500 pieces for most printing methods and 5,000 pieces for gravure.
Can I get a sample first?
