Artwork Requirements
File types.
Vector files are best: AI, EPS or PDF. They scale without losing sharpness, so your lines and text print crisp at any bag size.
Resolution.
If you send photos or JPG and PNG artwork, make them 300 DPI at the real print size. Low-resolution files look soft and pixelated once printed.
Bleed.
Leave a small margin of background colour or pattern running past the trim edge of your design. It stops thin white edges appearing if the cut shifts a hair during production.
Colours.
Build your file in CMYK for print. If your brand uses Pantone colours, tell us the codes and we will match to them as closely as the film allows.
Fonts.
Convert your text to outlines before sending, or tell us the font names. Outlined text can never arrive as a missing-font error on our side.

What Happens After You Upload

Print readiness, resolution, colours and fonts, all checked by a human, for free.
2Step 2: You get a free proof.
Your artwork placed on your bag’s dieline, sent back as a digital proof, usually within 24 hours on business days.
3Step 3: Approve and print.
Ask for changes as many times as you need. Once you approve, your bags print and arrive within 6 to 8 business days.
Artwork Questions
My file is too large to upload. What do I do?
Send the form without the file and tell us in the message. We will reply with the easiest way to get large files to us, usually a direct email or a transfer link.
I only have a low-quality logo. Can you still print it?
Usually, yes. Send what you have and our design team will rebuild or clean it up as part of the free design service.
What is a dieline, and do I need to make one?
A dieline is the flat template of your bag that shows where artwork sits, including folds and seals. You do not need to make one, we set it up from your bag size at no charge.
Will you tell me if my artwork has a problem?
Yes, that is the point of the free check. If colours, resolution or layout will print badly, we flag it on your proof before you approve anything.
Can I use the same artwork on different bag sizes?
Yes. We adapt your artwork to each size’s dieline and proof every size separately, so nothing stretches or crops by accident.
