Do you match prices from other suppliers?

Pricing and Minimum Orders
What is the minimum order quantity?

Why does the minimum change with the print method?
Each print method has its own setup cost. Digital and plate printing keep setup low, which is why they work at 500 pieces. Gravure uses engraved cylinders, so it only makes sense on larger runs.
What changes the price per bag?

Do special finishes cost extra?
Some do. Matte, soft-touch, spot UV and similar finishes add a small amount per bag, and foil or holographic films cost more than standard film. Your quote lists every finish separately, so there are no surprises.
When do I pay for my order?
We confirm the payment terms with your quote before production starts, so you know exactly what is due and when.
Materials and Printing
What materials are your bags made from?
Our bags are laminated films built around PET, BOPP, kraft paper and foil layers. Each build gives a different level of barrier, stiffness and print surface, and we recommend one based on what you are packing.
Are your bags safe for food?
Yes. We use food-grade materials that are safe for direct contact with food, coffee, candy and similar products.
Can I get a matte, gloss or clear window finish?
Yes. You can pick matte, gloss or soft-touch finishes, and add a clear window so buyers can see the product inside.
What closures and add-ons can I choose?
Resealable zippers, child-resistant closures, tear notches, hang holes and degassing valves for coffee. Pick the ones your product needs when you request your quote.
Do your bags keep smells in?
Yes, with the right film build. Our smell proof bags use barrier layers that lock odours in and keep air and moisture out.
Can you print in full colour on both sides?
Yes. We print full colour CMYK on the front and back, and Pantone matching is available when your brand colours have to be exact.
Design and Proofing
Can you help me with my design?
Yes, design help is free. Send what you have, even a sketch or a logo, and our team will build print-ready artwork from it.
What file types do you accept for artwork?
Vector files work best: AI, EPS or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG files can also work, and we will tell you if a file is not sharp enough for print.
Do I get a proof before printing?
Yes, every order includes a free digital proof. You can ask for changes as many times as you need, and nothing prints until you approve it.
What is a 3D sample?
A 3D sample is a digital model of your bag with your artwork on it, so you can turn it around on screen before you order. It is free, and you can read more on our samples page.
What is a dieline, and do I need one?
A dieline is the flat template that shows where your artwork sits on the bag. You do not need your own, we set it up for you from your bag size.

Do you ship to other countries?
