My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Tell us within 3 to 5 business days of delivery and send a photo of the damage. We cannot accept claims made after 5 business days. To receive replacement products, you need our prior written return authorization first. Then return at least 99% of the received product, at your own expense, to the production office it came from, within 10 days of the initial delivery date.
