What to Check When Your Sample Arrives
Fill it with your actual product and check the fit. A bag that is too tight wastes film, a bag that is too loose looks half empty.
Seal it and pull on the seal. A good heat seal holds firm and tears evenly at the notch.
Open and close the zipper ten times. It should reseal cleanly every time.
Hold the print next to your artwork file and compare the colours under daylight.
If smell proofing matters, seal your product inside for 24 hours and check for any odour outside the bag.
Leave a filled bag on a shelf for a few days and watch for air leaks or swelling.
