How the Design Process Works

Use the quote form and attach whatever you have, a logo, a sketch, or reference photos. Nothing is too rough to start from.
2Step 2: We design and proof it.
Our team builds your artwork on the dieline and sends a digital proof, usually with your quote within 24 hours.
3Step 3: You approve, we print.
Ask for changes until it looks right. Once you approve the proof, your bags go into production and arrive within 6 to 8 business days.
What to Send Us
The more of this you have, the faster your design comes back. If you are missing pieces, send what you have and we will work around the rest.
- Your logo, ideally as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF)
- Your brand colours, or a product photo that shows them
- The text that must appear on the bag, such as your product name, weight and ingredients
- Any bags you like the look of, as style references
- Your bag size, if you know it. If not, tell us what you are packing and we will recommend one.
Design Questions
Is the design service really free?
Yes. Design help, dieline setup and digital proofs are free with every quote. You only pay for the bags themselves when you place your order.
I have no artwork at all. Can you start from zero?
Yes. Plenty of our buyers start with nothing more than a product and an idea. Tell us the look you are going for and our team will create the artwork from scratch for your approval.
Do I own my design?
The artwork and files you send us stay yours, and we never print your design for anyone else. We keep your print files on file so reorders come back identical and quick.
How many changes can I ask for on my proof?
As many as you need. Nothing goes to print until you approve the final proof, and we would rather adjust the design ten times than print something you are not happy with.
How long does the design step take?
Your first proof usually comes back with your quote, within 24 hours on business days. Change rounds after that are normally turned around within a business day.
